Spring Lake is a Monmouth County shore borough of large Victorians and cedar-shake renovations a block from the beach. The housing stock is grand, old and constantly being worked on.
Every rental includes delivery, pickup, disposal and the listed weight allowance in one flat price. Use the form at the top of this page for a firm quote, or call (267) 394-7733.

What Local Jobs Put in Our Containers
Whole-house renovations dominate: plaster, slate, cedar shake and framing from homes over a century old. These are heavy, multi-container jobs, 20 and 30-yards on scheduled swaps. Landscaping crews book 10-yards for hedge and garden tear-outs on the larger lots.
Cedar shake and slate both quote heavier than asphalt, and the borough’s homes carry both. Send the roof size through the weight calculator first; a 20-square slate roof is a genuinely different job from a 20-square shingle one.
Not sure what your load weighs? The weight calculator converts square footage of plaster, shingles or carpet into tons, and the sizes guide shows every container’s dimensions.
Pricing
This area uses the Monmouth County rate table. The quote you get is the price you pay: delivery, pickup, the rental period, hauling and disposal are all included, and the standard rental is 14 days with extra days charged per day.

Delivery, Pickup and Placement
Book before noon and same-day delivery is available Monday through Saturday, with pickup within 24 hours of your request. The truck needs 10ft of width, 23ft of straight length and 14ft of overhead clearance to set a container down, and on block paving we lay boards under the rails at no charge.
What You Can Put In
General household junk, construction and demolition debris, timber, drywall, metal, furniture and yard waste are all accepted. Hazardous material, tires, asbestos, refrigerant appliances and electronics are not, and heavy debris such as concrete or soil needs its own container. See the full accepted and prohibited materials guide for the complete lists.
Permits
Driveways need no permit. The borough controls street placement tightly, especially in summer; check with Spring Lake Borough Hall before your date.
Nearby Towns We Serve
Deliveries here run from the same fleet that covers the rest of Monmouth County, including Middletown, Allentown, West Long Branch and Shrewsbury.
