Garfield packs two-family homes onto a tight grid between the Passaic River and Route 21 in southern Bergen County. Space is the constraint here, not demand.
Every rental includes delivery, pickup, disposal and the listed weight allowance in one flat price. Use the form at the top of this page for a firm quote, or call (267) 394-7733.

What Local Jobs Put in Our Containers
Two-family renovations produce steady plaster and framing loads, and the short driveways decide the box: a 10 or 15-yard that leaves the car a way out. Bigger jobs stage from rear yards where the alleys allow. Weight adds up fast in these older buildings, so we quote the tonnage before you book.
A practical note for two-family owners: coordinate with your tenant’s parking before the box arrives. The drives here fit one car or one container, not both, and a blocked tenant is the most common reason for a failed delivery.
Not sure what your load weighs? The weight calculator converts square footage of plaster, shingles or carpet into tons, and the sizes guide shows every container’s dimensions.
Pricing
This area uses the Bergen County rate table. The quote you get is the price you pay: delivery, pickup, the rental period, hauling and disposal are all included, and the standard rental is 14 days with extra days charged per day.

Delivery, Pickup and Placement
Order before noon and the container can arrive the same day, Monday through Saturday; pickup follows within 24 hours of your request. Placement needs 10ft of width, 23ft of straight length and 14ft overhead, and we protect block paving with boards at no charge.
What You Can Put In
General household junk, construction and demolition debris, timber, drywall, metal, furniture and yard waste are all accepted. Hazardous material, tires, asbestos, refrigerant appliances and electronics are not, and heavy debris such as concrete or soil needs its own container. See the full accepted and prohibited materials guide for the complete lists.
Permits
Driveway placements need no permit. The City of Garfield controls street placement and the streets are narrow, so approval matters here more than most towns; we help with the paperwork.
Nearby Towns We Serve
Deliveries here run from the same fleet that covers the rest of Bergen County, including Lyndhurst, Fairview, Wyckoff and Woodcliff Lake.
