I was in dire need of dumpster rental after my tenants left my property with all junk. I got 30 yards which was delivered as promised and it was pretty smooth transaction. Even when i asked for swap to have another one . It was promptly handled and was on time so no hick-up in cleaning . Very responsive and professional . Highly recommended
I attempted to place an order. I responded w/ an email & included all requested info. An associate named Adam called me back to process my order, but there was an issue w/ the zip code. After giving him info of two credit cards the same issue. He directed me to call my credit card companies, which I did. They informed me the charges went through, then we’re refunded. The company’s ordering system would not allow the order to go through. I called Eagle dumpster rental back & was informed nobody was available to process the order. The receptionist was very patient & explained only sale managers could process payments.
I thought the email I sent & the calls on the phone were all in vain. However,
Adam called me back and assured me he would get the order filled.
I really appreciate him going above and beyond & providing good customer service.
I strongly recommend using their service.
I didn’t know it was possible to place a dumpster that big so accurately. It was dropped off in a timely fashion, and picked up the same way The gentleman who drove the dumpster truck was extremely helpful and opened the door for me, so I didn’t have to figure it out for myself
Eagle dumpster was extremely quick to respond via email, it was perfect. They put us on their schedule with no delay. Friendly and helpful on the phone as well. Will definitely use them again soon.
I ordered a dumpster to large for driveway driver so nice got me smaller one same day. Driver was nice! Manager was so nice to deal with was a pleasant experience.I would definitely use them again
Top notch. Quick response time on short notice. At least in NJ. Mike was my account manager and he was on point throughout the whole project. As a GC I know what is important and so does Eagle. I was getting next day swaps if I called early enough, but always got a swap out by 2nd day even on last minute calls or weekends .
You decide to move and you never really think how much stuff you have . I searched on my own for dumpster prices when I realized a retail bag wasn’t going to cut it. I got a quote from Adam at Eagle and it blew everyone out of the water. It came on time and when I filled it and needed another one it was the best service and the third one (yes we had that much stuff) same. I’d give a rating of a million on price quality professionalism and every promise in customer service which is rare was fulfilled . I’m picky with customer service and they far exceeded my expectations! I have recommended them to everyone and will continue to do so! They made my move easier and didn’t rob my wallet either! Thank you Eagle for caring about people – you are one of a kind!!
