I attempted to place an order. I responded w/ an email & included all requested info. An associate named Adam called me back to process my order, but there was an issue w/ the zip code. After giving him info of two credit cards the same issue. He directed me to call my credit card companies, which I did. They informed me the charges went through, then we’re refunded. The company’s ordering system would not allow the order to go through. I called Eagle dumpster rental back & was informed nobody was available to process the order. The receptionist was very patient & explained only sale managers could process payments.
I thought the email I sent & the calls on the phone were all in vain. However,
Adam called me back and assured me he would get the order filled.
I really appreciate him going above and beyond & providing good customer service.
