What Local Jobs Put in Our Containers
Large-lot properties make placement easy and the jobs bigger: whole-house renovations, barn tear-downs and multi-structure cleanouts that book 20 and 30-yards. Long gravel drives need firm ground for a loaded truck, which we check in the wet months.
Barn tear-downs are volume jobs: old timber and board that fills a 30-yard without troubling the weight limit. The opposite is fieldstone foundation work, which needs a dedicated heavy box and a firm approach for the truck.
Not sure what your load weighs? The weight calculator converts square footage of plaster, shingles or carpet into tons, and the sizes guide shows every container’s dimensions.
Pricing
This area uses the Fairfield County rate table. The quote you get is the price you pay: delivery, pickup, the rental period, hauling and disposal are all included, and the standard rental is 14 days with extra days charged per day.

Delivery, Pickup and Placement
Book before noon and same-day delivery is available Monday through Saturday, with pickup within 24 hours of your request. The truck needs 10ft of width, 23ft of straight length and 14ft of overhead clearance to set a container down, and on block paving we lay boards under the rails at no charge.
What You Can Put In
General household junk, construction and demolition debris, timber, drywall, metal, furniture and yard waste are all accepted. Hazardous material, tires, asbestos, refrigerant appliances and electronics are not, and heavy debris such as concrete or soil needs its own container. See the full accepted and prohibited materials guide for the complete lists.
Permits
Private property needs no permit. Street placement goes through the Town of Newtown’s public works office, though with the lot sizes here it rarely comes up.
Nearby Towns We Serve
Deliveries here run from the same fleet that covers the rest of Fairfield County, including Stratford, Brookfield, Wilton and Westport.
