Stephenson sits on Route 11 just north of Winchester in Frederick County, Virginia, where new developments meet older farm parcels along the Opequon.

What Local Jobs Put in Our Containers
New-construction punch-out debris and first-renovation loads from the 2000s developments fill 15 and 20-yards, while the farm parcels book barn and outbuilding tear-downs. Distribution warehouses along the corridor run scheduled swap-outs.
HOA rules in the newer developments usually cap container time at seven days, inside our standard rental, but confirm yours before booking. Farm parcels have no such limits and take 30-yards straight onto the field edge.
Not sure what your load weighs? The weight calculator converts square footage of plaster, shingles or carpet into tons, and the sizes guide shows every container’s dimensions.
Pricing
This area uses the Frederick County rate table. The quote you get is the price you pay: delivery, pickup, the rental period, hauling and disposal are all included, and the standard rental is 14 days with extra days charged per day.

Delivery, Pickup and Placement
Same-day delivery runs Monday through Saturday when you book before noon, and pickups happen within 24 hours of the call. Allow 10ft of width, 23ft of run-out length and 14ft of overhead clearance for the truck; boards go under the rails on block paving at no charge.
What You Can Put In
General household junk, construction and demolition debris, timber, drywall, metal, furniture and yard waste are all accepted. Hazardous material, tires, asbestos, refrigerant appliances and electronics are not, and heavy debris such as concrete or soil needs its own container. See the full accepted and prohibited materials guide for the complete lists.
Permits
Private property needs no permit. Street placement in the developments goes through Frederick County, and several HOAs add their own rules; check both before delivery.
