After giving him info of two credit cards the same issue. He directed me to call my credit card companies, which I did. They informed me the charges went through, then we’re refunded. The company’s ordering system would not allow the order to go through. I called Eagle dumpster rental back & was informed nobody was available to process the order. The receptionist was very patient & explained only sale managers could process payments.
